Through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have a relationship with God the Father. Jesus was sent because the father knew no man can be perfect so he sent his son to forgive us of ALL our sins and live a meaningful life of joy and peace.
Unfortunately, many of us have been hurt, betrayed, used by others and still live miserable and defeated lives without peace and joy.
It is our belief system which still controls the way we live think, feel and choose. Today is the first step how to change these corruptable belief system.
We Were Created to Be a Friend of God
Finding Peace in God
We are complete only when we are in relationship with God:
Man was created to have intimate love relationship with His Creator. Matt. 22:37Matt. 22:37 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Man was designed to live dependent upon God. John 15:5John 15:5 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. without me: or, severed from me
Man was created to contain the very life of God and to live by that life. John 10:10John 10:10 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
But some how many of us believed the lie causing tragic separation in man’s relationship with God…. but this did not stop God from loving us. He will never stop loving you saved or not saved.
The only difference between being saved and not saved is that if you are saved, you become a child of God, a royal priesthood and loved with an everlasting love. Most of all you get all the benefits and promises and escape eternal death and torment. Not only that, you receive the Love of God through what Jesus demonstrated on the Cross.
Satan is the one who keeps you separated from God by reminding you who hurt you or tries to get you to blame God for your misfortunes.
Remember the story of Adam and Eve! What caused her to eat from the tree? Was it because Satan made her believe that God was holding back on her? Isn’t Satan the accuser of us, God and others?
His purpose is to get you to believe lies to keep you separated and not fulfilling your destiny or high purposes God has for you.
Their sin separted them from the love of God but God never stopped loving them and made a way through his son.
We were all born spiritually dead and separated from God. When we learn about Jesus and invite Him in our hearts, then we are no longer separated; but the lies we believe from Satan do separate us from the truth.
You see, God took it upon Himself to restsore our relationship with Him through his son. He had a plan to restore us back to a right relationship with Him. Eph. 2:4-5Eph. 2:4-5 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by...: or, by whose grace
Thank goodness, through Jesus Christ, he gave us life as a payment for the sins of the whole world through Jesus Christ. His perfect sacrifice satisfied the Father because the Father God of Heaven wants a relationship with you.
WP-Bible plugin “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.”
Through Jesus life, death ressurection, we have been totally forgiven by God when we invite Jesus into our hearts. When we fall short, we have access of the son for our forgiveness of sin.
Col. 2:13-14Col. 2:13-14 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
WP-Bible plugin “13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
It is a free gift to all who will receive the son through believing and trusting in Jesus.
John 3:17-18John 3:17-18 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
WP-Bible plugin “17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
Through this we are deeply and unconditionally loved by God
You might have grown up in a conditional loved home but your Heavenly Father loves you unconditionally. You do not have to work or perform for his love. He loves you just for who you are. Remember He created you and you are made in His image. Rom. 5:8Rom. 5:8 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
God totally and completely accepts you. This means he accepts you just for who you are. That means he receives us to Himself with pleasure and responds to us in kindness.
If you have not been saved or doubt your salvation, then please watch video and receive Christ in your life and allow Him to wash you clean. Going to church does not get you saved. You must deliberately ask Jesus into your heart.
Step #1 You Must Believe in Jesus
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17John 3:16-17 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
You must acknowledge that you are a sinner and you want Jesus to wash your sins away. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:91 John 1:9 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Step #3 You Must Repent (Turn away from your sins)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23Romans 6:23 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10Romans 10:9-10 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
WP-Bible plugin But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: John 1:12John 1:12 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: power: or, the right, or, privilege
I come in the Name of Jesus. I thank you for sending your Son, Jesus, into this world to die and for raising Him from the dead so that I can have everlasting life.
I recognize Jesus as my Savior and as the Lord of my life. I repent of my sins and I forgive those who have wronged me. I believe in my heart and I will confess openly my belief in Jesus. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins and giving me eternal life.
I receive this gift by faith, In Jesus’ name, Amen
“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents that over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.” -Jesus
Whenever we don’t understand the Gospel in what God did for us through Jesus, our relationship with God is distorted.
We should not look at salvation is a way to escape hell. It should be looked at for a relationship with God through Jesus. When we look at salvation as a free ticket to Heaven results are as follows:
• Continuing to live independently of God
• Neglecting the relationship He wants us to enjoy now; and
• Looking to life’s circumstances and others for our happiness.
Living dependent on God
Isaiah 11:1-5Isaiah 11:1-5 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 11
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: quick...: Heb. scent or, smell

5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, And a branch from his roots will bear fruit. And the Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and strength, The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. And He will delight in the fear of the LORD, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make a decision by what His ears hear; But with righteousness He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the afflicted of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked. Also righteousness will be the belt about His loins, And faithfulness the belt about His waist. (Isaiah 11:1-5Isaiah 11:1-5 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 11

As we depend upon the Spirit of God,
He effectively leads us closer to Himself
and makes our lives more fruitful.
Purpose
To make us more conscious of God’s will and increasingly dependent upon the Holy Spirit in all that we do.
We look to God in faith, as totally dependent on him. We are not self-sufficient. We trust him to provide our needs and guide us in life. We have day-to-day security, knowing that an all-powerful God is looking out for us. He knows our needs better than we know our needs, whether for daily bread or for emergency assistance. We do not need to worry, because Dad will take care of us.
We have confidence and courage. We can preach with boldness, without fear of persecution. Even though we may be killed, we do not fear, for we have a Dad no one can take away from us.
We can face our trials with optimism. We know that our Dad allows difficulties to discipline us so we will be better in the long run (Hebrews 12:5-11Hebrews 12:5-11 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. after...: or, as seemed good, or, meet to them
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
WP-Bible plugin). We are confident that he is working in our lives, that he will not disown us.
The key is how much do we yield our lives to the wonderful Spirit of God. After all, all our lives we have been trained to live with our eyes, ears and minds.
When a person is Spirit–dependent, he will live life differently. He lives in communion with the Father, knowing his identityis in God and not man. How many perform for man to get your needs met but never does.
Second, living dependent, is an awesome experience of feeling loved, His presence of love, knowing you are protected by hearing his voice and also Him sharing the most intimate things with you.
When there is distorted views of God’s love, this still drives you to be independent from God and in performance to man. When God loves and accepts you for who you are.
When you believe what really took place on the cross for you, it changes (transforms you) to a higher life of peace and joy experiencing God. You know you can trust Him in all circumstances and won’t give into the lies of the enemy when things do go wrong. God strengthens you during hard times.

His Knowledge = too high Ps 139:1-6Ps 139:1-6 English: King James Version (1611) - KJV 139
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.
1 O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.
2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. compassest: or, winnowest

“There never was a time in which we were unknown to God, and there never will be a moment in which we shall be beyond His observation…This is a fact to be remembered every moment: sitting down to consider, or rising up to act, we are still seen, known, and read by Jehovah our Lord…Though Thou shouldst give but a glance at my heart, and see me as one sees a passing meteor moving afar, yet Thou wouldst by that glimpse sum up all the meanings of my soul, so transparent is everything to Thy piercing glance….The Lord judges our active life and our quiet life; he discriminates our action and our repose, and marks that in them which is good and also that which is evil. There is chaff in all our wheat, and the Lord divides them with unerring precision…This should fill us with awe, so that we sin not; with courage, so that we fear not; with delight, so that we mourn not….Behind us there is God recording our sins, or in grace blotting out the remembrance of them; and before us there is God foreknowing all our deeds, and providing for all our wants. We cannot turn back and so escape Him, for He is behind; we cannot go forward and outmarch Him, for He is before…Shall we not alter the figure, and say that our heavenly Father has folded His arms around us, and caressed us with His hand? It is even so with those who are by faith the children of the Most High…Such knowledge not only surpasses my comprehension, but even my imagination….Mount as I may, this truth is too lofty for my mind. It seems to be always above me, even when I soar into the loftiest regions of spiritual thought. Is it not so with every attribute of God? Can we attain to any idea of His power, His wisdom, His holiness? IMMUTABLE GOD NEVER CHANGES
Heaven & earth will perish BUT He is ever the same & His years will not end.
“Of old Thou founded the earth & the heavens are the work of Thy hands. Even they will perish, but Thou dost endure & all of them will wear out like a garment like clothing Thou will change them & they will be changed. But Thou art the same & Thy years will not come to an end. 26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: endure: Heb. stand
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
“Thou art the same…God, the same in essence & nature, the same in will & purpose, Thou dost change all other things as Thou pleaseth; but Thou art immutable in every respect…” (Spurgeon)
“It is well for us that, amidst all the variableness of life, there is One whom change cannot affect; One whose heart can never alter, and on whose brow mutability can make no furrows…The delight which the mariner feels, when, after having been tossed about for many a day, he steps again upon the solid shore, is the satisfaction of a Christian when, amidst all the changes of this troublous life, he rests the foot of his faith upon this truth-”I am the Lord, I change not.” The stability which the anchor gives the ship when it has at last obtained a hold-fast, is like that which the Christian’s hope affords him when it fixes itself upon this glorious truth. With God “is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” What ever his attributes were of old, they are now …He has ever been the refuge of His people, their stronghold in the day of trouble, and He is their sure Helper still. He is unchanged in his love. He has loved his people with “an everlasting love”; he loves them now as much as ever he did, and when all earthly things shall have melted in the last conflagration, his love will still wear the dew of its youth. Precious is the assurance that He changes not! The wheel of providence revolves, but its axle is eternal love.” (Spurgeon’s full devotional)
